Rev. Sadie Lansdale
Minister
Rev. Sadie Lansdale is our settled minister. Her ministry focuses on transformative worship, social justice through accountable community relationships, deep connections across all generations, and faith formation. A lifelong Unitarian Universalist from Bethesda, Maryland, Rev. Lansdale earned her Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in New York City in 2017 and she holds a B.A. in English and Women’s Studies from Tufts University. She’s a runner, a hiker, and an amateur cyclist, and is thrilled to live in and explore Greensboro with her dog, Wheeler.

Cindy Dillard

Cindy joined the staff of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greensboro in 2012, creating and nurturing programming for families with children and youth. She came to North Carolina from Columbus OH, where she was a longtime RE volunteer and OWL facilitator at 1st UU Church, as well as a preschool teacher at the School for Young Children. Cindy is passionate about providing OWL education for all ages. She has also been focused on finding ways to foster intentional multigenerational community at UUCG and building connections between central NC UU youth. She holds degrees in Comparative Literature from the University of Michigan, Indiana University and the University of Washington.
Dan Lamson

Dan Lamson is an environmental advocate, nonprofit organizer, and community builder based in the Greensboro area. He has spent over a decade and a half working at the intersection of conservation, civic engagement, and communications, including leading environmental advocacy efforts focused on water quality and land use in coastal Florida. He has experience in working for churches and has been involved in the UCC for much if his life. He is passionate about building the kinds of communities that make collective action possible, whether that's protecting a lagoon or welcoming a new member through the door. Dan is a graduate of Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA with a degree in Politics and International Relations.
