Thank you for your interest in starting a ministry group or hosting an event at UUCG! Shared Ministry Agreements help us support member-led initiatives that build community and serve our mission.

Whether you're planning an ongoing group or a one-time event, this form will help us understand your vision and how we can support you.

After we receive your proposal, Rev. Sadie will reach out to schedule a time to discuss your plans and answer any questions. You can begin an SMA at any time of year, but all SMAs must be resubmitted annually during budget season to be considered for funding. No agreements carry over year to year.
